After deploying the SentialOne client to client machines in my organisation we got reports of staff being unable to extra files from a ZIP folder. When they tried a folder would be created but the folder was always empty.

A reboot would generally resolve the issue but after some time the issue would eventually come back.

We have found that if you configure explorer to open new windows in a separate process the issue is less lickly to occure.

We have also found that the source of the issue appears to be a conflict with Intel Optane drives and the Sentinal One Agent.
